• That is from the time we receive the call to the time we are on site.
• We also have support vehicles that can be called upon to assist our mobile officers.
• Our 24-hour control room organises all calls and their progress. The controller is in instant contact with the patrolling officers. Key and alarm codes are kept in separate specially constructed safes. No alarm action goes without being attended to.
• We can board up and repair any damage to doors or windows - the property will not be left until it is secured.
• Police will be informed and dealt with if a break in has occurred.
  Engineers will be called if an alarm is faulty.
• We will take the risks and the worry out of the situation.
