The purpose of this policy is to state the commitment that Bernic UK Limited has to the Environment and Health & Safety Excellence and to comply with applicable legal requirements such as The Environmental Protection (Duty of Care) Regulations (1991) and with other requirements to which we subscribe which relate to our environmental aspects. Bernic UK Limited shall conduct our operations in a manner that protects both employees and the environment. We aim to prevent pollution and endeavour to achieve UKAS ISO 14001:2004.
